The Further member portal has been updated to streamline two key processes on December 21, 2018.
Adding a provider
The member portal now includes the ability to add a provider on the claim submission screen. Previously, a new provider could only be added in the profile screen. This addition will streamline the claim submission process.
The member portal will now separate tax documentation from general statements. Tax documentation will now be found on its own page, making it easier to understand and manage year-end tax information.
