Overview

Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) are a great way for employees to take charge of their health care costs. As an employer, you play a critical role in providing education and resources so employees can decide if an FSA is the right choice. This step-by-step communication “playbook” includes everything you need to communicate the benefits of medical FSAs to your employees and help them get their accounts set up hassle-free to use now and into the future.
